Abbie & Amanda had a destination wedding in one of my favorite little rocky mountain towns – Canmore, Alberta. This was an extremely emotional ceremony and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house as they said their vows (including from me).

So thrilled. For the third time in a row, my images were ranked 2nd place overall in Canada. The PWPC holds a contest every quarter and rankings are based on points received in various categories. A special thank you to the couples whose weddings are featured in these images. I’m really lucky to work with such awesome people.

Lisa & Alex are traveling the world, getting married in every country they visit. I was fortunate enough to photograph their 17th wedding ceremony in beautiful El Avion in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica along with my good friend and fellow photographer Kevin Heslin. They are choosing a unique venue for every wedding so El Avion in Manuel Antonio (a crashed plane from the Iran-Contra scandal — now a bar and restaurant) was perfect. We also went the Bat Cave at La Mansion Inn for some night shots. For more about Lisa & Alex’s adventure, visit their blog and follow their ceremonies in other countries http://www.2people1life.com. Here are some of the highlights of the wedding from my camera:
