In a quiet setting alongside the La Iguana fairway, and backing onto Los Sueños’ private rainforest reserve, this villa offers incomparably crafted luxury and elegance. From the imported marble and granite to the handcrafted tiles and Carver wood finishes, the Mediterranean and tropical influences are evident throughout the villa’s 5,000 square feet. The master suite on the top floor includes an office, en suite bathroom and walk-in closets. Three additional en suite bedrooms in the main house make this villa a spacious tropical retreat. The sunken living room creates a comfortable and intimate area for relaxed conversation. The dining room opens into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The guesthouse features two additional en suite bedrooms, as well as a small lounge and kitchen. The private pool, with Jacuzzi, includes a thatched-roof palapas, bar and barbeque.
